As SAP continuously aims to enhance the overall security and the performance of its services offered to its customers, we wish to inform you that SAP HANA Cloud Platform will perform a weekly maintenance starting from Saturday 19th June 10:00pm UTC - Sunday 20th June 01:00am UTC.
Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP HANA Cloud Platform, this may lead to failed conversation responses.
When is the planned downtime? This maintenance requires us to plan a downtime period:
Saturday 19th June 10:00pm UTC - Sunday 20th June 01:00am UTC
What will be the impact? During this period, you may not be able to have successful conversations with your bots or the bot builder - Monitor. Your bots may also be unresponsive during the maintenance.
What do you need to do? There is nothing to do on your side.
We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.
