Investigating - Dear Customer,

Due to an ongoing issue with the SAP Identity Provider, developer login to the SAP Conversational AI design time maybe affected if you use the SAP IDP and do not have a certificate based login mechanism. Developers that use username/password for login into the SAP IDP may face an error. We are closely monitoring the issue and will update this incident with the progress.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to this issue.

Regards,
SAP Conversational AI Team

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Feb 19, 23:00 CET
Scheduled - Dear customers,

As SAP continuously aims to enhance the overall security and the performance of its services offered to its customers, we wish to inform you that SAP Cloud Platform will perform an upgrade starting from 19 February 2021, 22:00 UTC until 20 February 2021, 02:00 UTC.

Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP Cloud Platform, this will lead to a complete downtime of SAP Conversational AI during the same period of time.

When is the planned downtime?
This maintenance requires us to plan a downtime period:

From Friday, 19 February 2021, 22:00 UTC
until Saturday, 20 February 2020, 02:00 UTC

What will be the impact?
During this period, you will not be able to access the SAP Conversational AI platform, your bots or the bot builder. Your bots will also be unresponsive during the maintenance.

What do you need to do?
There is nothing to do on your side.

We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.

Whom should I contact for support?
As we wish to minimise the disruption this maintenance creates, please reach out to us for support or clarifications by sending us an email (businesscai@sap.com) or using SAP Answers (https://answers.sap.com/tags/73555000100800001301).
We will be here to help.

Regards
The SAP Conversational AI team
