Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP HANA Cloud Platform, this may lead to failed conversation responses.

What will be the impact?
During this period, you may not be able to have successful conversations with your bots or the bot builder - Monitor. Your bots may also be unresponsive during the maintenance.

What do you need to do?
There is nothing to do on your side.

We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.

Update - SAP Business Technology Platform team is working to restore the service. An update will be provided regularly until the service is fully restored. Bot runtime is responding in most cases with exception of slow response time occasionally. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Identified - The issue has been identified and partly fixed. The platform is back and can be used. We are still experience issues in our runtime and the dialog endpoint does not reply consistently. We are working on this last issue.
