As SAP continuously aims to enhance the overall security and the performance of its services offered to its customers, we wish to inform you that SAP Business Technology Platform will perform an upgrade on our European datacenter, starting from 21 May 2021, 22:00 UTC until 22 May 2021, 02:00 UTC.

Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP Business Technology Platform, this will lead to a complete downtime of SAP Conversational AI during the same period of time.

When is the planned downtime?
This maintenance requires us to plan a downtime period:

From Friday, 21 May 2021, 22:00 UTC
until Saturday, 22 May 2021, 02:00 UTC

What will be the impact?
During this period, you will not be able to access the SAP Conversational AI platform, your bots or the bot builder. Your bots will also be unresponsive during the maintenance.

What do you need to do?
There is nothing to do on your side.
We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.

Monitoring - Dear Users,

We have identified the intermittent outages in our /dialog endpoint to be caused by an update of the underlying infrastructure that caused individual instances to be unavailable for short period of time, leading to some requests running into a timeout. Only a small amount of the overall /dialog requests were impacted.

We are monitoring the stability of the /dialog endpoints and are further analysing the root cause for the unavailability of the instances.
