Dear users,

To better support larger volumes and further secure our operations and performance, we are planning a database upgrade that will have an impact on production availability.

The upgrade is planned for Tuesday, July 7, 2020, between 3-6pm CEST, and will record two short downtimes of 5 minutes each in this timeframe. During these 5 minutes intervals, the platform will be unavailable and bots in production will be unresponsive. During the rest of the maintenance, SAP Conversational AI will be fully functional.
