Dear Customers,
As SAP continuously aims to enhance the overall security and the performance of its services offered to its customers, we wish to inform you that SAP Business Technology Platform will perform an upgrade on our EU10 data center, starting from 20 August 2021, 22:00 UTC until 21 August 2021, 02:00 UTC.
Since some components of SAP Conversational AI are running with SAP Business Technology Platform, this could lead to a complete downtime of SAP Conversational AI during the same period of time.
When is the planned downtime? This maintenance requires us to plan a downtime period:
From Friday, 20 August 2021, 22:00 UTC until Saturday, 21 August 2021, 02:00 UTC
What will be the impact? During this period, you will not be able to access the SAP Conversational AI platform, your bots or the bot builder. Your bots hosted on EU10 Data Center will also be unresponsive during the maintenance. During this timeframe our US10 Data Center would be fully functional, you may not be able to create new bot during this time.
What do you need to do? There is nothing to do on your side. We only encourage you to communicate with your users beforehand to inform them of this downtime since your bots will not be running.
